THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.2241 OF 2015 ORDER:

The revision petition is filed against the order dated 13.03.2015 in I.A.No.26 of 2015 in O.S.No.121 of 2014 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tuni, whereby the Court below dismissed the petition filed under Order VIII Rule 1(A) read with Section 151 C.P.C. to receive documents.

During pendency of the revision petition, the suit was decreed with costs on 10.11.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and consequently, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is left open to the petitioner to file appropriate application under Order XLI Rule 27 C.P.C. subject to permissibility in the appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
