When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedies available in law. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that extent. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
