This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, seeking to recall PWs 1 to 4 and PW-6, call for the records relating to CC No. 42/2011 on the file of Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition & Excise Anantapur, and quash the orders passed in Crl.R.P.No. 51 of 2013 dated 29.7.2013 on the file of Court of the Sessions Judge, Anantapur confirming the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No. 919 of 2013 in C.C.No. 42 of 2011 dated 8.7.2013 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Prohibition and Excise, Anantapur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner/accused to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
