02.03.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.iii of the order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.14913 of 2025 which reads as under:

" The petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are promptly appearing before the Investigating Officer as ordered by this Court. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against this petitioners vide order dated 17.11.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.14913 of 2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer, as and when required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
