THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19587 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims that she was appointed as Field Assistant in the year 2007 on contract basis and her contract was renewed from time to time. However, since January, 2017, petitioner is not allowed to continue. The case of the petitioner is that though she achieved the target and without having any justifiable cause or reason, she is not allowed to continue as Field Assistant. 2.

Except making bald allegations, no material is brought on record that the petitioner has ventilated her grievance before the competent authority contending that though she is entitled, she is not allowed to continue. This Court cannot appreciate such conduct of the petitioner and entertain the Writ Petition based on bald averments made in the affidavit.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to submit representation ventilating her grievance before the Project Director-cumAdditional District Programme Coordinator of MGNREGS, the 4th respondent.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit explanation/ representation ventilating her grievance before the 4th respondent. It is needless to observe that as and when such grievance is ventilated, the 4th respondent shall take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation and

communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
