Heard Sri Rama Krishna Kulakarni, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Sri A,P. Suresh Ram, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent.

This Contempt Case is filed complaining violation of the order dated 19.09.2024 passed by this Court in W'P' No,16845 of 2024. The relevant paragraph No.6 oF the order dated 79.O9.2024 passed in W.P. No. 16845 of 2024 is extracted hereunder:
'6.
Taking into consideration the request made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and duly considering the averments made at para No.7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.6 (referred to and extracted above). The petitioner is directed to approach the resPondents with a representation seeking permission to permit the petitioner's son to repeat Class IX to enable the petitioner's son to perform better
sN. j cc 2730 2024 and meet the promotion criteria for his current academic year within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of the order and upon the petitioner's approaching the respondents herein with the said representation, and upon receipt of the same by the respondents, the respondents are directed to consider the said representation in accordance to law on humanitarian grounds, as averred at para No.7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent No.6 (referred to and extracted above) and take a decision in the matter within a period of one (O1) week thereafter and duly communicate the decision to the petitioner".
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent brings to the notice of the Court that the order dated 19.09.2024 passed in W.P. No. 16845 of 2024 had been complied with and the petitioner is repeating Class IX to perform better. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Bringing the said submiss'on of learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent on record, the Contempt Case is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
