THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3525 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.60 of 2016 on the file of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC. It is alleged that the petitioner, who is working as teacher, harassed the daughter of the 2nd respondent and that he is misbehaving with the students by touching the parts of the body and threatening them.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner.
