This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in C.C.No.65 ol' 20'24 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge-Cum-l Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Jagtial 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Plrblic Prosecutor for the respondent No. I State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer only to the extent of dispensing with the personal appearance of pe titioner.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitiont:r, the appearance of the petitioner IS dispensed with in C.C.No.65 of 2024 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge-Cum-l Additional Juclicial First Class Magistrare at Jagtial, when represented lty his
counsel on record. The appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with subject to filing an affidavit by the petitioner stating that in his absence, the proceedings conducted by his counsel will not be disputed by him in any manner and shall not dispute his identity also. However, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate as and when his presence is required. In the event of failure of the petitioner to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing with his appearance shall i stand cancelled. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to file discharge petition before the trial Court. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminat Petition is disposed of. Miscellareous applications pending, if any, s hal1 stand closed.
