O R D E R

Alleging that the 4th respondent - Station House Officer, Buttaigudem Police Station, Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District, is calling the petitioners to the police station and interfering with their life and liberty and pressurizing them to vacate the subject lands; the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Buttaigudem Police Station, West Godavari District, stating that in respect of the subject lands, five criminal cases were registered and all the cases ended up in Lok Adalat and that except registering the crimes and investigating into the same, by visiting the scene of offence, petitioners were never called to the police station and or interfered with the civil dispute.

Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
