Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.28872/2015 dated 07.09.2015 has been complied with, and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Contempt Case. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
