Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication since the charge sheet is filed.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advise. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
