THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8615 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.3, under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.96 of 1997 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsipatnam Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
