This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.96 of 2011 pending on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Kavali, Nellore District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the Police referred the matter as mistake of fact and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
