Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed W.P.M.P.No.16837 of 2016 before this Court seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground of existence of new policy and he wants to pursue his remedy under the new policy.

In view of the same, W.P.M.P.No.16837 of 2016 is ordered and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
