THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 2051 of 2015 ORDER:- Heard.

2. This court passed an interim order dated 09.03.2015 in WP MP No.4910 of 2015 in W.P.No.3706 of 2015 directing the respondents to conduct joint survey of the land in Survey No.201/1 in Saheb Nagar Kalan Village, Hayathnagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by the Forest Department as well as the Revenue Department after due notice to the petitioners.

3. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 filed counter stating that the survey was conducted as per the directions issued by this Court.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the Survey was not properly conducted and the revenue department did not participate in the said survey.

5. The said issue cannot be agitated in the present contempt case. Since the survey was conducted as per directions of this Court, the contempt case is closed giving liberty to the petitioners to agitate the issue relating to the conduct of survey in the writ petition, if in the opinion of the petitioners the same is not properly conducted.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
