HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10078 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A5 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.47 of 2013 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 379, 406, 426, 482, 120-B and 506 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 18.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case has been compromised before Lok Adalat on 24.04.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.47 of has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
