ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in registering the complaint dated 24.12.2016 given by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.31 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Jammalamadugu Urban Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, for the offence punishable under Section 337 IPC and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
