HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.20862 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not taking appropriate action against the illegal construction made by the 4th respondent in the lands in Sy.No.80 of Hafeezpet village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R. District.

The case of the petitioner is that he filed representations on 3.3.2014 and 30.6.2015 to the Zonal Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Serilingampalli Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, but no action has been taken till now.

Learned standing counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents submits that the competent authority to submit representation is the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation enclosing copies of the previous representations dated 3.3.2014 and 30.6.2015, setting out his grievance, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and if any such representation is made within the time stipulated, the
