SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.29284 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition is filed by the applicant in O.A.No.3234 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, aggrieved by the dismissal of the said O.A. under order dated 23.08.2016.

Perusal of the order under challenge reflects that the Tribunal failed to take note of the grounds raised in paras L and M of the O.A. and there is no adjudication on merits as regards the said grounds. As it is for the Tribunal to address these issues in the first instance, we are of the opinion that the matter requires re-examination by the Tribunal.

The order under challenge is therefore set aside and O.A.No.3234 of 2016 is remitted to the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, for consideration afresh on merits and in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously keeping in mind the innate urgency. The writ petition is accordingly allowed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
