The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed letter dated 07.09.2016 in the Registry requesting to list the matter before the Court under the caption 'for withdrawal' and today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has also requested the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Writ Petition. Permission is accorded. Accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
