Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal (CMA) arises out of Order, dated 25-03-2013, in IA.No.12 of 2013 in OS.No.39 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional

District Judge, East Godavari District at Amalapuram. Mr.Dasari.S.V.V.S.Prasad, learned Counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 27-07-2016, to the Registry wherein it is stated that as the parties are close relatives, they have settled the dispute and that therefore, the CMA may be posted for withdrawal.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellants reiterated the contents of the aforementioned letter and requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the CMA.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellants is accepted and the CMA is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the CMA, interim order, dated 02-08-2013, is vacated and CMAMP.No.1305 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
