THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20350 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Anganwadi Worker in C. Lakshumpalli Anganwadi Centre of C.Lakshumpalli Village, Yadiki Mandal, Ananthapur District under Integrated Child Development Scheme (1CDS) Project, Thadipathri pursuant to her appointment order issued by respondent No.5 in her proceedings No.23/A/2015 dated 12.11.2015 by declaring the action of respondents in not permitting the petitioner for duty as illegal and arbitrary." Learned Government Pleader on the basis of instructions submits that the petitioner joined duty and in view of the same, no further orders are required in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
