When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

On 10.01.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.02.2023. On 17.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal. Today, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue this writ petition.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
