WRIT PETITION NO. 25204 OF 2015 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the inaction of the respondents especially, the fourth respondent herein, in refusing to receive the complaint dated 20/7/2015 and registering the same as being illegal, arbitrary and also violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to forthwith register the complaint and take necessary further legal action on the same and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that crime has already been registered and no further order is necessary.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed.

No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
