Petitioner, who is A5 in Cr.No.277 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, L.B. Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 354 IPC and 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02-08-2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems the petitioner is not evincing any interest to prosecute the case.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
