ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A2 to A4 seeking to relax the condition of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/-with two sureties, imposed by the learned VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad vide order dated 17.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1705 of 2015 in Cr.No.126 of 2015.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of execution of a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- is hereby modified as Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain unaltered.
