THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Revision Case No.2495 of 2018 ORDER :

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to approach the Court of the XVI Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-XVI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Malkajgiri, seeking relaxation of the condition imposed therein. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to petitioners to approach the same Court, which imposed a condition of deposit of Rs.5,00,000/- from out of Rs.20,00,000/- fine imposed by the trial Court, while granting bail, for relaxation of the condition.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
