This is an application filed under Rule 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the Valuation Report dated 15.10.2015 in respect of the assets of the respondent Company so as to enable the applicant to finalize the sale notice, terms and conditions of sale etc., Official Liquidator placed on record his report. It is stated in the report that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to take this Report on record.

Perused the Valuation Report submitted by Mr. S.Joglekar, Principal Valuer, copy of which finds place at page Nos.27 & 44 of the material papers. The Valuer has estimated the value of the Plot Nos.3B, 1A and 1B, situated in Survey No.386 of Industrial Estate, Kukutpally village & Municipal, Prashant Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad at Rs.5,79,53,000/- (i.e.,Rs.2,66,25,000/-+ Rs.3,13,28,000/-) after making inspection of the said plots. In that view of the matter, the valuation Report submitted by Mr. S. Joglekar, is taken on record.
