HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5109 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed questioning the order dated 24.06.2015 in I.A. No.322 of 2012 in O.S. No.13 of 2010 passed by the VII Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, Chittoor District, whereby the petition filed under Order I Rule 10 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to permit the proposed 3rd defendant to implead as 3rd defendant to the suit as well as in the connected petition, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court by the registry, the original suit bearing No.13 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 01.06.2017, hence, the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication..

3. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
