ORDER:

This company petition is filed for an order to wind up the respondent company for non-payment of the debts allegedly due to the petitioner.

At the hearing, Mr.C.Tulasi Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the company petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh company petition, as the statutory notice was served in the previous name of the respondent, after service of fresh legal notice in the name of the respondent as it presently stands. Having regard to the aforesaid request, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Company Petition, Company Application Nos.1206 and 1207 of 2015 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
