HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 23802 of 2016 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) appearing on behalf of the respondents has produced copy of the interim order dated 20.06.2018 in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 20614 of 2018 and submitted that this Court, while ordering notice before admission, granted interim suspension of the operation of the order dated 19.11.2013 in O.A.No. 788 of 2012 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, which is impugned in the present writ petition.

In view of the orders of suspension passed by this Court in I.A.No. 1 of 2018 in W.P.No. 20614 of 2018, dated 20.06.2018, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
