THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11356 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri C. Damodar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the Respondents 2 and 3 and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent authorities in not taking action on the representations of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015 regarding illegal constructions made by the 4th respondent, without any building permission and consequently to demolish the same.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in addition to the representation submitted on 13.04.2015, another representation was also made on 29.04.2015 to the Commissioner alleging illegal constructions made by the neighbour of the petitioner, without obtaining prior permission and that, he is in occupation of the Government land. Learned counsel also submits that so far no orders are passed on the said representations.

4. Having regard to the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the representations submitted by the petitioner on 13.04.2015 and 29.04.2015 are not disposed of, without expressing any opinion on

merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Corporation to pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, on the representations submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after putting on notice and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the 4th respondent, and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
