THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1052 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed to give a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District to dispose of Interlocutory Application No.1215 of 2014 in Original Suit No.194 of 2014.

2. Petitioner herein is the 2nd defendant in the suit. Her grievance is that after passing of ad-interim injunction order in favour of respondent No.1, she filed counter in the aforesaid Interlocutory Application, but the Court below has not disposed of the same.

3. An innocuous prayer has been sought for in this Civil Revision Petition to give a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, to dispose of the Interlocutory Application as expeditiously as possible.

4. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District to dispose of aforesaid Interlocutory Application within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving reasonable opportunity to both the parties. Since no adverse order is passed adverse to the interest of the respondents, no notice is required in this revision. There shall be no order as to costs.
