Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside Letter No.M(D)/APIIC/IPSRPT/W&W/2008-357, dated 21.04.2012, whereby respondent No.1 has reiterated its earlier proceeding in letter No.
.M(D)/APIIC/IPSRPT/W&W/2008-357, dated 09-01-2012, cancelling the allotment of industrial plot earlier made in favour of the petitioner.
At the hearing, Mr.S.V.Ramana, learned Counsel representing Mr.O.Manohar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that
the issues raised in this Writ Petition are identical to that raised in W.P.No.14811 of 2012 and that the said Writ Petition was allowed by this Court on 30-07-2015.
Mr.L.Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, has fairly admitted the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is allowed in terms of Order, dated 30-07-2015, in WP.No.14811 of 2012, with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
As a sequel, WVMP.No.4128 of 2012 and WPMP.Nos.18887 & 18888 of 2012 are disposed of as infructuous.
