Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition with a prayer to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that the proceedings are under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates so specifically the trial Court insists for his appearance. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a counsel on all hearing dates.
