Though a letter dated 30.09.2016 is filed into the Registry by Sri T. Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioners, praying this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition insofar as petitioners 10, 11 and 12 are concerned, however, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that he intends to withdraw the Writ Petition on behalf of all the petitioners.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
