This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of FIR No.71 of 2017 on 05.02.2017 under Sections 353, 290 and 323 of IPC by the second respondent.

Since the complaint was lodged at the instance of the third respondent alleging obstruction of duties, the petitioner apprehends harassment while investigating the case. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C while investigating the crime. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
