When the matter was taken up on 20.08.2018, none appeared and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for dismissal.

Accordingly, today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears. Hence, the matter is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution and accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
