THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29556 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the second respondent-Macherla Municipality.

The material on record discloses that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 01.08.2017 to the second respondent and, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken on the said representation so far. Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 01.08.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
