Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D.Goud, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation. 2.
notice bearing B.A.No./UCNO.01/03/2018/D.V.No.II, dated 05.03.2018, issued under Sections 452 (1) and 2 and Section 461 (a) of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner herein after receipt of the said notice submitted an explanation on 30.03.2018, but without passing any orders on the explanation and on the influence of the unofficial third respondent, the Municipal Corporation Authorities are trying to demolish the flat.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the notice impugned in the present writ petition is only a show-cause notice and the explanation if any submitted by the petitioner herein will be considered for passing orders pursuant to the said show-cause notice. It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner be permitted to file additional explanation within a period of one week from the date receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipal Corporation, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the explanation dated 30.03.2018 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein in response to the show-cause notice dated 05.03.2018 and the additional explanation to be filed by the
petitioner herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law. Petitioner is permitted to submit additional explanation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the said exercise attains finality, no coercive action pursuant to the impugned notice shall be taken. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
