Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.34 of Pulaguttapalli Village, Guntakal Mandal, Anantapuram District. Basing on the report of the 3rd respondent dated 09.06.2015, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended after issuing a show cause notice. When the petitioner filed W.P.No.20842 of 2015, this Court was not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process at that stage, and accordingly, directed the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, by an order dated 08.07.2015. After receipt of the said order, the 2nd respondent passed an order on 26.09.2015 cancelling the authorization of the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.

3. This Court carefully perused the charges leveled against the petitioner and though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no proper enquiry was conducted by the 2nd respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, in view of availability of an alternative remedy, for which the petitioner is given liberty to file an appeal before the competent authority within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall
