THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 26695 OF 2014 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition was filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not considering the case of the petitioner as 'local candidate' for admission into M.P.Ed. (Master of Physical Education) as illegal and arbitrary. This Court, while admitting the Writ Petition on 10.09.2014, in view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the counselling and admission process has already been completed in July 2014 itself, dismissed the W.P.M.P.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
