Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned letter No.10/SP/B2/2009-10/Indelible Ink/2041 dt.22-06-2011 addressed by the 2nd respondent to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to receive the remaining stock of 1,62,000/- indelible Ink Phials and make payment for the same forthwith to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of arguments, informed the Court that in view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.11088 of 2012 dt.24-04-2012, no further orders are required since the petitioner has already supplied the material and amount was also received.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
