Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the action of respondents in not appointing her to the post of Anganwadi Helper. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare (Andhra Pradesh), appearing for respondents, has produced proceedings No.Nil/A/2016, dt.29.12.2016 of the 4th respondent issuing appointment order to petitioner.

Since the grievance of petitioner is thus redressed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
