THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32563 of 2016 O R D E R:

Petitioner had made an application 29.08.2016 to respondents 2 and 3 for erecting the statute of petitioner's father, who was a freedom fighter.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent as well as the Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings appearing for 3rd respondent states that the respondents 2 and 3 will consider petitioner's representation in accordance with law and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
