HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.10650 & 10651 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9770 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of S.C.No.77 of 2017 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of SC & ST (POA) Act-cum-X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, which is outcome of crime No.78 of 2016 of Chinturu Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354-C & 506 r/w 34 IPC and Section 3 (2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
