This court while ordering notice to respondents, by interim order darted 18.09.2018, directed the trial court to dispose of the application filed by the petitioners under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 and based on the same, to dispose of petitions filed under Order 9, Rule 13 and Section 151 of C.P.C. and stay petition in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Sri K.Chidambaram, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent. The other respondents are stated to be not necessary parties. Both the counsel submit that the revision may be disposed of directing the trial court to dispose of the interim application within certain time.
