Sri Tarlada Rajasekhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, filed a letter, dated 17.03.2017, into the Registry seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the legal remedy, if fresh cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
