M.D.Rajagopal, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27682 OF 2016
O R D E R
The case of the petitioners is that they have made representations on 06.04.2016 and 01.07.2016 before the respondents 3 and 4 for implementation of the order of Inam Deputy Tahsildar, Chittoor District vide Form 6-A for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. As no action has been initiated by the respondents, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the pattas relied on by the petitioners are bogus pattas. Since the representation filed by the petitioners is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.
In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 01.07.2016 in accordance with law. However, it is open for the 4th respondent to verify the genuineness of the patta before disposing of the representation of the petitioners.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
