THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24269 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 29.09.2010 granted interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner as Tutor on contract basis till any other person is appointed in her place on regular basis. In pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court, no counter affidavit is filed by the respondents. Since the relief claimed in the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same, and the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 29.09.2010, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 29.09.2010 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.31051 of 2010. No order as to costs.
